We spent the afternoon on the beach and were very impressed with the free towels, lounge chair and umbrella service provided to hotel guests. We were assigned a room in the South Tower and were very pleased. After joining they’re rewards program “Wild Card” online, I received my card along with an offer of a free night stay along with $25 free play and two buffet tickets.Upon arrival at check-in (Noon) we were greeted by William who was pleasant and informative.
